I, Shinanoimo, establish the following Terms of Service (“these Terms”) for the mobile application “RunKnights” (“the App”), which I operate and provide. All users of the App (“Users”) are required to follow these Terms.
1. Agreement to These Terms
You must agree to these Terms to use the App. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.
By agreeing to these Terms and using the App, a usage agreement between you and me is established.
2. Changes to the Terms
I may change these Terms at any time without prior notice. If changes are made, I’ll notify you within the App.
The updated Terms take effect when the notice is posted.
If you do not agree to the updated Terms, please stop using the App.
3. Privacy
Any personal information collected from you will be handled appropriately in accordance with my separate Privacy Policy.
4. Service Availability
I may modify or discontinue the App at any time.
If the App is discontinued, all your data within the App will be deleted.
5. Fees and Charges
You are responsible for any data or communication charges incurred when using the App.
I may change the pricing of free or paid features at my discretion.
6. Prohibited Activities
When using the App, the following activities are prohibited. If I find that you have violated any of these, I may take appropriate action, including suspending your access to the App.
- Infringing on intellectual property rights
- Damaging or defaming others
- Infringing on or threatening others’ property
- Causing financial harm
- Threatening behavior
- Overloading the App’s infrastructure
- Attacking the App’s servers or systems
- Any other behavior I deem inappropriate
7. Disclaimers
- I am not responsible for any loss caused by temporary or permanent unavailability of the App.
- I am not responsible for any damages caused by third parties.
- I do not guarantee refunds for any payments made, even if you stop using the App.
- I am not responsible for any damage caused by modifications or alterations you make to the App.
- I am under no obligation to respond to feedback or fix issues, though I may do so at my discretion.
- I do not guarantee that your data will carry over if you change or reset your device.
8. Uninstalling the App
When you uninstall the App, all associated data will be permanently deleted.
9. Liability
If you violate these Terms and cause damage to me or a third party (including legal fees), you are responsible for compensating that damage.
If I am found liable to you for any reason, compensation will be limited to the amount you have paid to me through the App.
10. Validity
Even if part of these Terms is deemed illegal or invalid, the rest will remain in effect.
If a part is invalid for a particular user, the rest still applies to all other users.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Japanese law.
Any disputes will be handled by the court located in my place of residence, which will have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
